In the framework of the technical assistance activities that ART-ER realizes in favour of Emilia-Romagna Region in accordance with the annual agreement between ART-ER and the Region (annual agreement for the year 2021, chapter E.3), ART-ER supports the Region in implementing the activities of the project “EU for Economic Development – Tourism-led, local, economic development, with a focus on Cultural Heritage”, managed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) in collaboration with Emilia-Romagna Region and the University of Bologna. For the implementation of the project activities, ART-ER S. cons. p.a. is looking for an Albania-based expert in community engagement and stakeholder management with good managing capacities, inclination to problem solving and project autonomy.
