ART-ER Joint Stock Consortium Company of the Emilia-Romagna Region ruled by the Regional law L.R. n. 1/2018, acting as ADRION Joint Secretariat, invited some selected economic operators for the provision of services to the ADRION Porgramme, regarding the elaboration of a comprehensive territorial and socio-economic analysis of the Adriatic and Ionian area as a basis for the strategic discussion on the future drafting of the Cooperation Programme for the period 2021-2027.
