Francesca Bria
Innovation expert, former President of the National Innovation Fund-CDP Venture Capital, Advisor to the United Nations and the European Commission, Founder of the Decode Project, Former Deputy Mayor for Digitisation and Innovation of the City of Barcelona on Digital Sovereignty and Smart Cities.
Currently, Lecturer at University College London (UCL) in Mission-Oriented Innovation Policy and Digital Economics and AI; Senior Fellow leading the EuroStack project and Digitization in Public Interest; Member of the Mission-Oriented Innovation Network (MOIN); Chair of the New European Bauhaus Facility, to accelerate the European green industrial act and decarbonisation in the built environment; Member of the NEB High-level Roundtable.

Roberto Righetti - Director
Roberto Righetti graduated Magna cum Laude in Industrial Economics at the University of Modena in 1988. After many years as a consultant in the fields of Economic Development and Environmental Economics, in 1994 he was employed by ERVET, the regional development agency of Emilia-Romagna. From 1994 to 2008 he worked as an economist and project manager on different fields of analysis (i.e. regional development, human capital, industrial sectors, regional policies). From February 2008 to the beginning of 2019 he served as Chief Operating Officer in Ervet Spa.
In May 2019 he has been appointed director of ART-ER, the Emilia-Romagna Joint Stock Consortium Company, born from the merger of ASTER and ERVET, with the purpose of fostering the region’s sustainable growth by developing innovation and knowledge, attractiveness and internationalisation of the territory.

Marina Silverii - Executive Director
Experienced leader in the coordination of technology transfer, research valorization, and talent attraction initiatives. Over a decade of proven expertise in designing and managing strategic programmes at the intersection of innovation, education, and labour policies.
Served for 10 years as Head of the European Resource Centre for Guidance, an initiative promoted by the Italian Ministry of Labour and the European Commission.
Currently Executive Director of ART-ER - Attractiveness Research Territory, the Consortium company of the Emilia-Romagna Region that promotes sustainable regional growth by fostering innovation, knowledge development, internationalisation, and territorial attractiveness. The Consortium operates with the strategic involvement of key stakeholders, including the Emilia-Romagna Regional Government, local Universities, and leading national Research Institutions.
Marina Silverii is also Vice President of Fondazione Ecosister.
A former member of the Scientific and Technical Committee of APRE.
Appointed by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), she serves as alternate to the national delegate in the EIC and EIE Programme Committee Task Force within Horizon Europe 2021–2027.
She is a member of the Management Board of NEREUS.
Finally, Marina Silverii is Vice President of ABD - Big Data Association.

Technical Scientific Committee
The Technical Scientific Committee (TSC) supports the corporate bodies by performing consultative, analytical, and elaborative functions on the strategic guidelines of ART-ER. Specifically, as per the Directive, the ART-ER TSC:
- Provides an opinion, prior to its approval, on the Consortium Activity Program (PAC) planned annually by ART-ER.
- Engages in monitoring, guidance, and scientific evaluation of the High Technology Network of Emilia-Romagna.
